NEOCH-toberfest 2022: Press release

Updated: Apr 18, 2023

Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless To Host an Annual Event to Support Its Mission

On Saturday, October 15h at 7:00 PM, NEOCH will hold its 5th annual NEOCH-toberfest event at St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio. We invite all community members, service providers, and housing advocates from across the region to come together to enjoy local beer from Sibling Revelry Brewing, delicious food from Italian Creations, music, auctions, raffles and more. All proceeds will support NEOCH’s commitment to ending homelessness and defending the dignity of people living in poverty in our community.

All over the world, Oktoberfest is a time to come together in celebration and community. NEOCH is taking the energy of this historic festival and focusing it on helping those in need. All members of the community are invited to join us by going to neoch.org/neochtoberfest to purchase tickets. Special thanks to our presenting sponsor the Community West Foundation.

The affordable housing crisis has increased the need for NEOCH’s work of advocacy and organizing over the year. NEOCH is investing resources to build power in the community to expand housing options to meet their needs while remaining on the front lines to respond to people sleeping on the streets. Over the last year, NEOCH has accompanied 373 people into housing. Your support by attending our annual fundraiser is critical in fulfilling our mission.

NEOCH exists to eliminate the root causes of homelessness while loving our diverse community through organizing, advocacy, education, and street outreach.
